High Sugar: Juices already contain natural sugar content. So it isn’t required to add extra sugar or artificial sugars into it. Try to purchase 100% pure juice or else you can make it at home. Do not get mistaken fruit cocktails or fruit beverages as real juice. They contain added colour, artificial sweeteners. 

Things to Remember

  • Avoid adding artificial sweeteners or sugar into your juice. 
  • Do not start your day with fruit juices as it may overload your liver if taken on an empty stomach. 
  • Have your juice immediately after you have prepared it. 
  • If you have any medical conditions then please do consult your doctor or dietitian before having fruit or vegetable juices.
